Mysterious pits are emitting light that causes nearby monsters to become more violent. The Guild is calling the lights "rage-rays." All around, there are reports of monsters becoming aggressive and people being attacked near the pits. When a monster is rage-rayed, its eyes turn red. The Guild believes that when this happens, the affected monster possesses a fierce, unruly power.
